That makes two of us…

On NYT’s Freakonomics blog, they’re having people post questions to Ron Paul.  Methinks this one from a bit before noon was rhetorical:

Do you believe that corporations should have a special status that limits the liability of the individual owners for consequences of activities of the corporation? If so, why?

Corporate status in and of itself is a regulation, and a corporation inherently shares many organizational and moral blind spots with government due to similar structure.  I’d argue that without acknowledging this all else in terms of modern political economics is moot.
